Description: 1971 D Kennedy Half Dollar Error - (1a) 1/15/24: Checked with a coin microscope. Best viewed under a lens or scope. This is a rare vintage old coin. These weigh 11.34g, and are 75% Copper and 25% Nickel, per coin (according to Yeoman's Red Book). The 1965 to 1970 still had some silver, but nothing after 1970. We have a pile of them... They are worn, and grade will vary. Still, good for historical interest, silver bullion, Gifts, collection, or investment.
