This is an original GM LH driver side rear quarter panel lower trim molding used on the 1971-73 Buick Riviera, Riviera GS and Riviera Stage 1 cars. Condition is used, nice original molding, does have some light dings and scratches, not all bent up and no extra holes drilled into it, will need to be cleaned and polished before install.
