This is a Top Loader 4 Speed, Close Ratio with a 2.32 1st gear. Has the big 1 3/8" 10 splined input and the 31 splined output. The Metal Tag RUG-AJ 1969 428 Torino, Fairlane, Rancharo, Comet Has been Completely Rebuilt from front to back. Has a new 2nd gear, 2 new torque lock slider assemblys, new cluster pin and a new rebuild kit. Has been disassembled, cleaned, inspected and re assembled with new wear items as needed. New syncro ring and bearing kit, all new seals & gaskets, small parts kit, key & spring kits and more. This transmission has gorgeous engagement teeth and is very nice inside. Has the Dual bolt pattern for mounting to the bell housing. Please look at the tail housing to be sure it is correct for your shifter location.
