Description: A very rare Topps Venezuelan baseball card. The Topps Venezuela cards on the PSA and SGC population report are graded at only a fraction of what the common United States Topps cards are. The Venezuela cards were issued on a cruder cardboard and have virtually no gloss. The card has some toning or browning and some spots or stains. The card has some creases and the card has very light residue on the back from being in an album. The card has a rough cut left edge. The card displays well. Topps issued cards in Venezuela because it was a hot bed for baseball talent and they only issued the cards in 1959,60,62,64,66,67 and 68 and most collectors did not know they were ever issued, they are very RARE.
