They toured Richmond, Virginia, capital of the Confederacy, and Williamsburg, capital of colonial Virginia, on Monday. Tuesday, they took part in a wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. These photos were taken in Williamsburg, much rebuilt to colonial styles. In photo at left a drinking fountain made of a barrel is tried out by, left to right, Mary Moran, Laurie Vogel and Latrelle Roberts. In center photo, Edward D. Miller, chaperone for the group, takes a preview keyhole peek at the colonial governor's mansion. In right photo, colonial stocks for the naughty are tried out by, left to right, Richard Wetherbee putting Ronnie Baber into one stock, while Mary Ann Owen checks the locks on the stock holding Barbara Camp. The group is scheduled to return to Palmetto, Friday afternoon. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo Is dated 1965.
