The game comes with the box that has some split corners and wear to the edges. It has the game board with tweezers that the tweezers have broken off and the cardboard part of the game is creased and won’t lie down. It comes with the cash, doctor cards, specialty cards and the parts. The game would be good for parts or to fix. It has been well played with and used with creases and wear.
