The 1958 Detroit Tigers included Hall-of-Famers Al Kaline and Jim Bunning along with Harvey Kuenn, Billy Martin, Charlie Maxwell, Ray Boone, Frank Bolling, Gail Harris, Paul Foytack, Frank Lary and Billy Hoeft. The Tigers went 77-77 in 1958, finishing 5th in the AL. They were managed by Jack Tighe and Bill Norman. Harvey Kuenn led the Tigers in Batting at .319. Gail Harris led the team in Home Runs with 20, while Al Kaline led the team in RBI with 85. Frank Lary led the Tigers in Wins with 16 and ERA at 2.90. Jim Bunning led the Tigers in Strikeouts with 177, finishing second in the AL to Early Wynn's 179. The condition of this yearbook is EX. The front cover has nice color and gloss, with light wear. The back cover shows has a clear picture, with light wear. The spine is strong, with some fuzziness at the tips. The insides are clean. The yearbook is complete and intact. Please check the scans.
