Description: For sale is a used vintage 1950s Rolen Sportswear B-15D USAF flight jacket, in size 40. Please review the measurements below. The B-15D is a mid-to-late 1950s era USAF jacket and was used by jet era pilots and crews for "intermediate" (cold) weather. I hate to part with it, but I’m thinning out a lot of my wardrobe. There are signs of wear, including some soiling, fraying and/or holes. Parts of the size tag were restitched, the sleeve knits were replaced, and the shoulder rank and name tag were removed (see photos). Measurements (approximates, in inches) are below: Armpit to Armpit (across, flat): 26 to 26.25 Sleeve (from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve): 24.25 to 24.75 Shoulder to shoulder: 19.75 to 20 Length (from base of collar to bottom of back): 23.6 *** This item is sold as-is.
