The pen is a plunger filler and is in good working condition. The nib is 14K gold, and has a medium point. The cap is steel, with a gold filled arrow clip with blue diamond. The cap is scarce, in that it has a wide raised band with fine lines towards the bottom. The band measures 3/16 inches wide. The cap is also excellent, with no dents or damage.
