1947 Men's Bulova 7AK "Ambassador C" Manual Wind

Description: 1947 Men's Bulova 7AK Manual Wind Watch This is a beautiful men's Bulova manual wind watch, manufactured in 1947 (the 47 stamped on the movement indicates the year of manufacture). I found similar watches on the mybulova website, which indicate that the model of this watch is the "Ambassador C". The unique characteristic of this watch is the gray dial with the silver indexes and silver hands, and the white gold filled case. The dial on this watch is in very good shape for its age with typical patina but no color or paint loss anywhere. The 21 jewel 7AK caliber movement has been cleaned and oiled, and the watch is running well and keeping accurate time. The beautiful 10k white gold filled case has been cleaned and polished, and shows some light surface scratches mainly on the lugs, and some darkening in the corners/crevices where the polishing wheel couldn't clean off, but no visible gold loss to be seen. A brand new acrylic crystal has been installed. The stainless steel expandable bracelet that came with the watch remains, and it is in good condition - very structurally sound, and has been cleaned (soaked and meticulously cleaned with a toothbrush on both sides).
