Achieved international fame in the 1920's for his iconic close up photographs of plant types. Title: "Callistemma Brachiatum" Subject: Botanical study - enlarged plant abstract. This print comes from the renown 1942 printing which was one of only three high quality photogravure portfolios ever published of Blossfeldt's ground breaking photographic work.
