Description: 1941 Sterling Trophy Coaster inscribed "WESTMINSTER KENNEL CLUB" - "BEST OF BREED" - "CH. MEADOW LARK DRAFTSMAN". The round coaster measures about 0.5 inches high by about 3.5 inches wide. The bottom measures about 2.75 inches wide and its top rim is stamped "BLACK, STARR & GORHAM" above "STERLING". In very good condition with no scratches or dents. The sterling coaster weight is 1.77 Troy oz. (55.06g). The AKC Archives for the 1941 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, reports that at the Judge, Mr. F. Huyler awarded the best of breed first prize to Foxcatcher Beagles, Ch.
