Written by Francis Edgar Williams, an Australian anthropologist who worked for the government of the Territory of Papua for twenty years. CONDITION In the original navy blue cloth. Externally, smart with rubbing and light shelf wear to the extremities resulting in minor loss and light fraying. Fading to the spine and the odd small mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with light age toning to the endpapers. Previous owner's ink stamp to the front endpaper.
