They are NORS and do have some shelf wear including scratches and some of the brown paint has chipped off, please see pics. The paint is chipped. Any questions please ask. There are special details manufacturers change, add and make between models/years, and sometimes in the middle of the year of production. I cannot guarantee a color on a vintage car part will match a colored car part you are trying to match, dye lots can vary for various reasons. I understand we are humans and make mistakes. I am very understanding, but I no longer have patience for buyers who complain about details or damage that was clearly pictured and/or described in the ad.
