A Collins edition appeared several years later. Without the dustwrapper. This work was not available for purchase in shops, but through the collection of coupons from 'The Passing Show', a weekly magazine by Odhams. The coupons originally appeared in issues 81-83 as part of a promotional relaunch of the magazine. With the coupons and seven shillings customers could choose one of six books. This collection was only available to the U.K and was not for sale in America. CONDITION In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. fading to the spine, as is common with this work. Several light marks to boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright. Scattered spotting to the fore-edge. Spots affect occasional pages.
