However, I would not recommend hand washing this in water. ConditionOverall, this dress is in very wearable condition, especially for its age. It is a little miracle that it still has its original belt. I show photos of 2 small pinholes. One is near the hemline and the other is on the lower skirt. The sleeves have a turned under effect and this is created by the inside shorter lining. That inner lining is a cotton based material and it is showing wear and tear under the arms. The underarms themselves are clean. But this does tell me this dress was loved and worn. The collar has a stain, a hole, and and some edge fray. I show a photo of each.
