Description: 1930s Effanbee 22 Inch Lovums Composition Mama Baby Doll. This adorable baby has a cloth body and composition limbs, shoulder plate and swivel head. Her green eyes open and close, one of them is without eyelashes. She has an open mouth with four cute teeth. She is a mama doll, but her cryer is not functional anymore. Most of her outfit looks to be of the era and may be original. Her undies are a later addition. She is in very well loved condition. While her body shows age spots, it is free of tears, holes, or repairs. No musty odors. The composition parts are in rougher shape, there is paint flaking especially on her head and legs. Some of the composite has flaked off the top of her head. Her face appears to have been repainted. She is missing the tips of all 10 toes. All those issues aside, this is still a very sweet doll that will display nicely in your collection. Please carefully review the photos and feel free to ask questions. Estate item.
