Description: Another relic from the estate of Robert Schuyler Van Rensselaer. He was a commercial artist in the early days of Hollywood and I'm almost certain he made this flyer. He was known for his building sketches using that angled perspective. He didn't do the writing though, he stunk at writing and this thing is a literary masterpiece: "Mature judgement prizes the right location for a businesshome very highly. Not merely for convenience of transportation, ideal as that is in the case of the Paramount Building in Times Square, but because the atmosphere of solid success,prosperity and leadership is a most contagious and potent influence. In the business world, not less than in the social world, you meet the right people in the right place, the quiettone of leadership touching each occasion with great potentialities." I don't see a printed date but the active construction and mention of Famous Players-Lasky point rather conclusively to 1926. Ships in a mylar sleeve as shown.
