Using PGCS Online Photograde and my 63 years of collecting coins, this likely would grade VF, but only your opinion matters, so grade it for yourself. It appears to be problem free with a 2/3rd Horn. The date and mint mark are legible and it has no acid etching.I'm not a dealer, just a collector like you, so lets fill some of those holes in your collection, or upgrade the ones that you already have.
