These grips are for FULL SIZE, COMMANDER, GOVERNMENTAL and other clones 1911's.They are thin and weigh approximately 2.5oz. and are about .240 thickness. Screw spacing is 3 1/16" center to center. Gun parts should only be installed by an experienced Gunsmith for proper fitting and adjustment. Depending on what thickness grips you are replacing your BUSHINGS MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED OR REPLACED to accommodate the new grips if you have very thick ones on now. *IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE RUBBER O-RINGS (not included) WITH ANY STAG, PEARL, SHELL, WOOD OR BONE GRIPS TO REDUCE THE CHANCE OF DAMAGE DURING INSTALL OR DISCHARGE.
