This piece features two metals, a red, white, and blue ribbon connecting the representative metal to the image of the Hughes School, and a main white ribbon with gold lettering.The celluloid badge reads "REPRESENTATIVE". The flash of the photograph occludes this, but it is quite visible and without flaw.Condition: This ribbon is in EXCELLENT condition!
