We have found only one other copy of this book available on the internet – a slightly different edition, priced at $200+, in similar condition.Condition of the book is Fair. Gift inscription in pencil on frontis page. Volume has been solidly rebound, with significant wear to several interior pages, in particular pp. ~11 (see damage in photo) and a later page that is ~2/3 missing (see photo).
