Description: Subscriber’s copy of Inigo Triggs’ classic work on English gardens with an introductory essay and “seventy-two plates from drawings by the author and fifty-three reproduced from photographs by Charles Latham”. Charles Latham was the first staff photographer of Country Life. In very good condition, this is a great big books of various garden plan as laid out by Inigo Triggs. A subscribers’ copy, this first belonged to the Constitutional Club of London. There are sixty-three pages of text by Triggs describing the various gardens; the rest is either plans or photographs of the various gardens.
