Minor signs of wear noted and some fraying of ribbon at the rear. Pin (at top, with c clasp) is ornate, Art Nouveau style. Printing on ribbon shows only minor fading. Medallion/Seal (at bottom) is hooked on to the ribbon. Frame is also ornate, Art Nouveau style, possibly pewter. Liberty and Prosperity, New Jersey. On the bottom of the seal is printed: PAT.
