Description: This is an 1900 Antique Arts &Crafts linen Throw Pillow Case hand embroidered large flowers. Very old piece, square shape, and featuring an ornate and elegant decorative floral motif of large flowers, in nice pastel colors silk blended with rayon threads. Base color pillow case is original unbleached linen. Fabric is durable and long-lasting, both, in style and condition. Closure is over lap. Pillow cover measures 20"x 15". Pillow case have been carefully hand-washed, starched and ironed. It is some tine spots /see last picture please/develops unfortunately with the ages but it's barely noticeable/ still ready to display and use. Very good antique condition with occasional scraggly threads on backside. Photos are part of my description. Please take look at my pictures and thanks for checking on my auctions.
