Description: 18th Century 1750 George II Act of Parliament Relating to Raising Money This listing is for an 18th Century 1750 George II Act of Parliament Relating to Raising Money: "An Act for granting to His Majesty the sum of Two Millions one hundred thousand Pounds, to be raised by Annuities and a Lottery, and charged on the Sinking Fund, redeemable by Parliament." The approximate dimensions are 306mm (12.25") x 188mm (7.5"). It is in good condition for its age. Some wear and discolouration commensurate with age. Please see photographs for detailed condition. Descriptions - We try to be as accurate as possible in our item descriptions. If there are any errors, they are unintentional and we hope you will bring these to our attention so that any inaccuracies can be corrected. Condition - We will always try to accurately describe an items condition. Most of the items that we sell are antique and, as such, will have evidence of use and wear. If there is excessive wear, or damage, we will point this out. We always try to include multiple photographs to give the clearest view possible of all items for sale. Measurements - All measurements are made as accurately as possible, but remain approximate. We generally give the larger dimension first and usually provide measurements in both metric and imperial. Further Information - We are always happy to answer requests for further information if we can. Likewise, we always welcome additional information concerning our items for sale. We also list a very small proportion of our stock, so please feel free to contact us should you be seeking anything specific. Pricing - We always try to price our items to be the lowest price on eBay for comparative products. Further, most of our listings will include a 'Best Offer' option. Given our pricing is already very keen, we do hope that best offers received are reasonably close to the buy-it-now price. VAT - We do not currently charge VAT. All our prices are the total price payable with no hidden extras. Packaging - We will always try to package items for transit in the best way in order to prevent breakages. We will also try to recycle packaging wherever possible. Please bear in mind that although breakages in transit are thankfully very rare, it is impossible to fully 'courier-proof' dispatched items. In the rare case that damage has occurred in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt detailing the damage. Postage - We will always try to use Royal Mail if possible. If this is not possible, our preference is to use Collect+. We have found both services tend to treat articles marked 'fragile' as such and very rarely lose, or damage, consignments. If Royal Mail or Collect+ are not possible because of the size or weight of the item, we will then use other couriers. Combined Postage - Upon request we will always try to combine postage for multiple items and pass on any savings to the customer. Returns - We are sure that you will be happy with any item purchased from us; hence our 30-day return guarantee. If you are unhappy with any item supplied and wish to return the item, please let us know that you are returning your purchase, and the reason for return. Complaints - In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance and we will try to resolve any issues to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
