1894-O Morgan Silver Dollar - Rare Choice AU+ details from the New Orleans mint

Description: Up for your consideration is a very nice 1894-O Morgan Silver dollar. A Choice AU+ details from the New Orleans mint with a nice luster and a darker golden toning. The obverse shows all of her finest hairlines, strong borders on the leaves and cotton, and most if not all of the cotton seeds. The reverse shows bold eagle wing feathers, bold neck feathers, and the chest feathers are clearly visible, extremely scarce with this issue, known for its very weak strikes. There is also strong separation on the leaves in the wreath. The rims are in excellent shape, with only light marks, and every inner rim denticle is bold, with absolutely no rim smoothing. The surfaces have had a cleaning at some point during her long life. A very strong strike of this New Orleans Morgan, very scarce in higher grades, as the Price Guides clearly show.
