Description: This is a great book on the history of shipbuilding on the North River in Massachusetts. If you enjoy shipbuilding history or history of the South Shore, this is a book to own. I can’t say it’s in the greatest condition. The spine is intact. Corners have been bumped quite a bit. Some, heavy wear on the top and bottom of the spine. I noticed there are two loose pages as well. There is also an inscription to the original owner (Willard Merritt) and perhaps the second owner. I have seen copies of this book go for quite a lot. I am offering at a lower price because of the condition. Still a great book for your collection!
