It is from J.P. Lesley's Second Geological Survey of Pennsylvania (Harrisburg: Lane Hart, State Printer, 1885), although an earlier date of 1884 printed on the map. The author's name, title of the publication and design date of the map appear in the title area, see the pics. The name of the lithographer Julius Bien appears in the lower left margin and the state printer Lane S. Hart appears in the lower right margin. A copy of the title page is also included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Size: The entire page measures 8 3/4 by 11 inches (22x28cm) Condition: The map is in Very Good condition, blank on reverse, with a centerfold as issued. There is some light backprinting which is typical on these maps, otherwise it is very clean with strong color that would frame up nicely, printed on heavy paper, see the pics for more on condition.
