Description: This an NGC graded MS64 ★, the star indicating that one face of the coin has a proof like finish. In this case, the obverse of the coin has the PL fields and frosty face which I feel is worthy of a PQ title. It is hard to see in my lighting but there is a slight orange tint to the coin that adds to the eye appeal.
