Description: This 1876 cover (no conteents) was sent from the Mountville post office in Loudoun County Virginia to Mr. Charles Janney in Leesburg VA. The cover has a manuscript cancel. The Mountville post office operated from 1817 to 1954. Cover has a little toning and edge wear. The back was torn in opening but the paper is all there. Scan shows the edge toming.
