The late Don Warning introduced The memories of Santa collection in 1983 and was inspired by antique chocolate molds, early chromolithographs and turn of the century post cards. These beautiful replicas depict the evolution of Santa Claus from the early St. Nicholas to the Santa we know today. The designs and legends have been carfully researched and historically documented. 139 santa have been created since 1983, Sixtynine have been retired. These santa's were made from 1983 to 2003. Each one has the year Circa on the front bottom of the figurine and on the paperwork too. All are in great condition, no chips, no cracks, and no odors. Please keep in mind that is a vintage and will sometime have a little minor wear and character, but no broken damage. Please examine the photos closely as these are part of the description.
