Description: 1865 cover forwarded from St. Paul MN to LeSeur. Origin marking at top center is unclear (maybe Andover MASS); 3 cent 1861 with sectioned cork; Saint Paul double circle marking with "forwarded" and "3" markings; slight reduction at right.
