The Basting Spoon is 30cm/12 inches Long, and has a very good weight of 127gms, it is of the Fiddle Pattern design, it is monogrammed to the handle in very nice script with the letter's W.G., please see the photographs to confirm for yourself . . The Hallmarks and makers marks are crisp and clearly struck, the spoon is made from a very good gauge of silver. The condition is very good Antique condition for a spoon of 189 years old, no sign of wear to the tip of the bowl, a few surface scratches commensurate with age..
