SIZE: The printed area including titles is approximately 20 x 16 cm, 8 x 6.25 inches (medium) plus margins. ARTIST/CARTOGRAPHER/ENGRAVER: Unknown. PROVENANCE: Published by Cadell & Davies, Strand London in their 'History of the City of Dublin', 1818. The partnership of Thomas Cadell (1773-1836) and William Davies (or Davis) continued the printing business of Thomas Cadell (1742-1802, q.v.), from 1793 until the former's death; the imprint appears to have continued in use until at least 1869. They were based in the Strand, London (in 1798, 1800, Jan 1803-August 1817). TYPE: Antique copper plate engraving printed on paper. VERSO: There is nothing printed on the reverse side, which is blank. CONDITION: Good, suitable for framing. Please check the scan for any blemishes prior to making your purchase.
