Description: NGC authenticated and graded AU 55. Frosty medium steel brown and light chocolate with golden tan in protected areas, mostly on the obverse. Choice and free of marks except for two spots of crusty reddish verdigris on the reverse; one at the second S in STATES and a smaller one at the left top of the C in CENT. LDS, Breen state IV, with strong die clashmarks on the obverse, an obvious bulge in the field at the lower curls, and a narrow rim cud at ST in STATES. The overdate feature is bold. Ex; Eric P.
