This is the larger format, as this rare volume measures 9 1/4" x 11". It is complete, with no missing or torn pages, and no repairs. Covers are detached and the first 8 pages are loose. Interior pages are surprisingly clean, with scattered toning, as expected. No bookplate or library markings. No writing or notations in book. Guaranteed to be original, circa-1807, and not a later copy or reproduction.
