Laid out to the London Land Company 5000 Acres of Land in Manor of Gilberts Bounded as per this Draft in Schokill and Perqueming Creek. 5000 acre tract owned by the London Land Company, probably in or near Norristown, Pennsylvania, bordered by lands of Joseph Richardson, Proprietary manor of Gilberts, James Sattick & Edward Lane, William Trent & Isaak Norris; Montgomery County, PAThis map was printed in 1894 by Clarence M Busch, Pennsylvania State Printer... Map measure 14" X 17 3/4".... THIS MAP IS GUARANTEED FROM THE 19TH CENTURY. CONDITION: minor edge and corner wear, some toning on the fold lines. Minor hole on fold line.
