17 Feet of Cotton Linen Toweling Tea Towel Fabric, Antique, Red Stripes Striping

Description: Cotton Linen Toweling Tea Towel Fabric, Antique, Red Stripes Striping, Unused Washed, Ohio Farmhouse, Kitchen, Dish, Table Runner, Pillow This long piece of toweling measures about 17 feet long (5 yards, 2 feet) by about 23 inches wide. There are triple red stripes woven down each side of the fabric. I would call this French-Style toweling medium-weight. However, I am not an expert in antique toweling. Please ask questions. At one time, kitchen and household toweling was purchased by the yard and then cut to the desired size at home. This piece came from my Grandmother’s Ohio farmhouse and had been sitting in a fabric drawer for decades. This is an old textile so there are minor flaws and I cannot call it perfect. But no antique toweling is perfect due to the manufacturing process. If you are looking for perfection, this toweling is as close to perfection as you will find. I see no rips, tears, or stains. There are a few spots of what seem to be barely noticeable small pieces of a darker fabric woven into this piece. Please see the photos. The toweling is unused. But due to its age and storage, I have washed it.
