OK these aren't the greatest photos ever but in this compact book format they do capture the energy of the area just like Klein's 1956 New York photo book.Paul Goldberger writes a twelve page architectural and social intro including twenty-one smaller photos to set the scene for the rest of the book. Though it was published in 1982 I bet 14 Street is just as lively as these photos from the recent past.
