Description: For sale is an Oxford House 13" x 39" medium weight Tabletop Runner in Bright Red open lace with a Silver polyester background or backing, revealing a Holiday Poinsettia Victorian Floral design. Oxford House called this design their "Regency" design, but personally, I see Poinsettia's, so that is the name I prefer to use. Also, this Item is Retired or discontinued, and New without tags. Material is a cotton/polyester blend and made in S.C., USA. Please note in photos that where the thread on border begins and ends, may create a small point, suggesting that they may be considered "factory seconds" and not perfect. Measurements listed are approximate and may vary 1/2" plus or minus due to the open lace design. Stretching, contraction, cold, heat, etc., can contribute to slight variances. For example, actual measurements could be 13.5" x 39" or 13" x 40". Please keep in mind that folds and wrinkles are inevitable with large or long items. Items can be steamed or ironed if done very carefully. If folds or wrinkles are minor or subtle, items can be tumble dried on low heat or delicate for a few minutes and removed immediately. If ironing is necessary, I personally prefer to place item between two large terry cloth towels and carefully ironed using as little heat or steam as possible, making sure that item is completely covered by towel to make sure that the iron does not touch fabric directly. Items can be machine washed on gentle or delicate cycle in cool or warm water, if necessary, with NO bleach. Tumble dry on delicate cool or warm and remove immediately. Carefully iron if necessary, using above instructions. On occasion, I may buy large bulks of items from a local textile store. The items are usually retired or discontinued from Oxford House or Heritage Lace factories in the USA. Some items may also be considered "factory seconds'.
