They measure approximately 12mm or 1/2 inch but can have a variance of up to 1mm. These are a very small marble. About 160 will fill a standard 8 oz. measuring cup. They will work with other game marbles but may be a little smaller. Made by Vacor for Mega Marbles in the year 2000 they are known as "Early Edition" marbles and are generally the best quality and colors available. The glass used to make them was of a higher quality than subsequent years. Reminiscent of the beauty of a waterfall, they are made of lovely, translucent blue glass splashed with opaque white swirls. Perfect to use in Marble Runs, board games such as Chinese Checkers, the traditional game of Marbles, and many other marble activities. Can also be used in decor, mosaics, and many kinds of arts and crafts. They are part of a very lucky find from a warehouse that had been closed since the early 2000's. These marbles are retired, rare, and highly sought after as collectibles.
