They were usually given free with a product they were advertising. But all of these recipes would still be viable today, and just as tasty. Great illustrations. (the last picture is a sample of what's inside these books) My vintage books almost always have vintage issues, unless otherwise stated. Vintage issues could be; cover wear, spine damage, corner damage, writing or drawing, pages torn or bent. There could also be little "teeth marks" on the corners.
