It also doesn't require drilling through foundation walls, flooring, or other interior structural parts of the home, making installation a simpler, less intrusive process. Termite baiting is a very useful treatment option when soil conditions or the presence of wells or cisterns in the area to be treated make liquid treatments inadvisable, or when drilling through flooring or other structural obstacles would be difficult or impossible.
