Bundle discounts & combined shipping discounts are available for purchases of 2 or more glasses! ——— Understated yet elegant, these beautifully designed vintage wine glasses were manufactured by Tiffin-Franciscan Glass Company in the late 1920’s until the pattern, known as ‘Diamond Optic,’ was discontinued after many years as one of the glass company’s most popular patterns. Because the pattern was so widely popular, Tiffin did what many Depression-era glass companies did and manufactured the pattern in multiple colors, which is how these green glasses came to be! To get the glasses to their translucent green color, Uranium was used in the process, which — unbeknownst to them — would later make the glasses react when placed under UV lighting (or black light). Any of the four glasses available under this listing are pieces that will glow quite spectacularly! Each glass is in excellent vintage condition, with very little wear or damage. Even so, vintage items should always be expected to have some wear & tear, given their age.
