I owned a shop, did card shows and have been at the Nationals. I sold my shop location without merchandise and have been a private collector since then. I will be selling off my entire collection, boxes of sealed wax, raw graded, graded, non-graded, memorabilia, game used, autographs---everything. I will try and list auctions often so please save me as a seller. Please only bid if you are satisfied that my auction meets your quality expectations. The items you are bidding on are the ones stated in the title and picture scans listed above. The cards pictured are the actual cards up for bid in the auction and the ones that you will receive. I will always try and take multiple pictures of front and back. I would encourage bidders to use the zoom feature when looking at photos, and to inquire about condition, before bidding in cases of uncertainty, rather than winning the auction and questioning later. It is always my hope that a combination of the photos and or description will paint the most accurate picture of the condition of the card for my customer. RETURNS & REFUNDSPlacing a bid in my auction demonstrates a commitment to complete the purchase. Any buyer who does not pay for an item will be permanently blocked from bidding on future auctions. I have a NO RETURN POLICY unless a mistake is made and you are sent the wrong item pictured in the auction. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for return. Grading is subjective and different graders will often disagree over the grading on a single card. Such a disagreement is not a reason for a requested return. My responsibility is the accurate description and delivery of the item advertised; not to guarantee how a graded card including my own private label cards will be assessed by a different grading company. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.SHIPPING DETAILSI WILL combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please request an invoice for combined shipping as this is not automatically done. The auction will be shipped USPS. US SHIPPING ONLY---I will not ship to Canada. Any Items sold over $200 will automatically have signature confirmation included in the shipping cost. Any item sold over $100 will automatically have insurance included in the shipping cost. I will ONLY ship to the address the buyer has listed on their Ebay/Paypal account. I make trips to the post office twice per week, usually on Tuesday and Friday morning and I will always provide the tracking number on the auction so that you will know it was mailed and can keep track of the shipping progress. All single cards will ship in a penny sleeve and sealed top loader unless noted otherwise. I will then place the top loader in cardboard and seal again to help keep the card stable during shipping. Graded cards will be shipped with a graded card penny sleeve. Loose card lots will be put in a team bag and place between card board. Shipping will be in a bubble mailer or box depending on the quantity of cards being mailed and or value of cards. PAYMENT TERMSPayment is due at the end of the auction closure or within one day if bidding on multiple auctions. I reserve the right to cancel the sale & offer a 2nd chance to the next bidder for non-payment. OTHER INFORMATIONThis auction is for 1 Pack only The items in the auction come from a smoke free, dust and sun protected environment. Thanks for the bids and interest in my auctions. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. The box of cards/packs you are bidding on is 25 plus years old. I am not able to guarantee the condition of the cards in the pack or in the box. Occasionally cards will stick together in the packs (called bricking) and sometimes the wax from the wrappers will stick to the cards. Since I have owned these boxes/packs I have kept them in an air-conditioned home with a dehumidifier. I will not refund—partially refund ---exchange---or make any concessions regarding cards inside a box/pack that we cannot see.
