Using my digital calibrator, tiles measure 4.35" wide on the self-spacing lugs and .30 inch thick.On the square edge of tile, measures 4.32" Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE These tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting. Installed these tiles will measure 4-3/8” apart because of these self-spacing lugs. Tiles have a fine glossy finish, typically used on walls and shower areas. A word about matching the color of your tile: An exact match to your tile would be rare, just getting close in color and size is an accomplishment. The big tile companies of last century made new colors every year and discontinued others…so after 50 years in business there are thousands of colors out there…and even with the same color, every batch may be slightly different.
