We found print ads with this pen and the slogan "Back to School." For a short time Sheaffer had a plant in Argentina.· Filler type: Cartridge. The pen you get will come with a cartridge that is sure to be dry. So we will include one short universal/international cartridge that will work with this pen if you want to write with it. Just press the cartridge onto the stem of the nib/section, turn it upside down and let gravity bring the ink down.· Cap: Cap pulls on and off. · Special notes: The cap is chrome and the clip says "Sheaffer"· Nib: fine hooded nib.
